Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract

Unic Care InfoTech customer support services will maintain the equipment on the terms and conditions mentioned hereafter:-
1.1 AMC aforesaid is confined only to the equipment described above, duly inspected by UCIT and certified to be in working condition from the effective date.
1.2 Maintenance service shall consist of preventive and corrective maintenance of the subject equipment, which will include replacement of hardware.
1.3 The hardware replaced will be the property of UCIT. 1.4 Replacement of print heads and consumables are not covered in the scope of this agreement.
2.1 The customer will, at his own expense, give UCIT full access to the subject equipment enabling UCIT to provide maintenance service.
2.2 The customer will take care of the equipment well, in line with instructions UCIT will provide from time to time, in writing.
2.3 No alterations, attachments, repairs, adjustments shall be made to the equipment, except by UCIT, under notice to the customer.
2.4 Calls reported will be attended within 8 working hours.
2.5 Preventive maintenance will be provided by UCIT once a month.
03. Payment Terms
3.1 Maintenance charges would commence from the effective date of this agreement and only upon payment of full maintenance charges.
4.1 The Customer shall not reassign this agreement or any part thereof without the written consent of UCIT.
5.1 Qsys shall not be liable for failure in performing any of its obligations under or arising out of this agreement, if such failure is as a result of Force majored or any measures taken by Government, whatsoever, which would render impossible or impractical for UCIT to function.
5.2 Failure of the subject equipment due to supply voltage beyond permitted range, phase imbalance or fluctuating voltage or defects in the electrical installation or abnormal usage or usage other than the equipment is originally designed for, is not covered under this contract.
5.3 Tampering with or repairs of the equipment at any time and under any circumstances whatsoever other than by any of the authorized service men of UCIT, will render the contract null and void, without prejudice to other rights of UCIT
6.1 Consumables, print heads, cables are not covered under the scope of this contract. These are, however, will be made available on chargeable basis, by UCIT.
6.2 Up gradation of the subject equipment will be done at additional cost as to hardwares/softwares used but without any service charges for such Up gradation.
6.3 If the customer or any third party misuses or makes wrong use of the subject equipment, which necessitates repair/replacements, UCIT will undertake such replacement/repair jobs only against payment for the same by the customer.
6.4 If the customer uses equipment stationery or any ancillary/consumables not approved by UCIT as suitable for the subject equipment, UCIT will not be held responsible for any resultant repair/damage to the equipment.
07. The Agreement
7.1 This agreement together with any attachment herein signed by both the parties constitutes a binding agreement in entirety between UCIT and the customer. The foregoing terms and conditions shall prevail, not withstanding any variations contained in the terms and conditions submitted by the customer unless such variations have been agreed upon by UCIT, in writing.

Terms And Conditions
01.Non - Comprehensive maintenance cover preventive and service maintenance.
02.N.AMC Period Starting from 14.2.2012 to 13.2.2013.
03.Preventive maintenance will be given Monthly.
04.Calls reported will be attended within 8 working hours.
05.Defective Spare parts Replaced will be Charges Separately.
06.Maintenance charges commence from the effective date of this agreement The total AMC Payment shall be payable in 2 equal installment.
07.Monthly once General visit for system Data Backup and Remove Unwanted files.
08.Three Months once Blower Cleaning.
09.Create one Network Organization to maintain To Local Network and resolve Network Problems.
